Ho acquistato il gioco venendo da una precedente esperienza con The Guild 2 molto controversa a causa di numerosi Bug e meccaniche di gioco mal sviluppate. Tuttavia le dinamiche mi erano piaciute molto (intrighi politici - carriere) e nonostante diverse recensioni negative ho deciso di riprovare con questa 3a versione con grafica rinnovata. Sono molto soddisfatto, il gioco ha risolto gran parte dei problemi (i negozi e le attività si gestiscono in automatico e adesso producono e fanno profitti davvero), le dinamiche relazionali e politiche sono complesse e interessanti. Unica pecca una certa ripetitività nelle azioni necessarie e una complessità inutile in alcune azioni che potrebbero essere più semplici e dirette (l'uso del mercato, gli spostamenti e le interazioni). Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio per la sua originalità.
