When the peaceful yet annoyed witch Grizzelda finds her mayonnaise stolen and eaten by a bear she enacts her revenge by sending him to the Golden Apiary to never return. Armed with just a stick and delightful acrobatics, the bear begins his adventure.

Gameplay
LightBear is a randomly generated action RPG whackathon with heavy Rogue-like elements. Players will lose their vision the further from the starting point they get. Don't be deceived by its appearance, this game will challenge you to no end. Watch out for 100s of randomized monsters. Collect gear a long the way to make your bear stronger. 

About LightBear
LightBear was developed from scratch using openGL graphics library; Programmed using both 2D and 3D elements. Originally conceived as a prototype in 2009 the creator went through a long journey of pitfalls before its final completion in 2023.
