Note: Reports regarding faulty keys submitted to merchants are not handled by our support team. In these cases, response times depend entirely on the merchant’s process.
Can I use the discounts on all products, and are there usage limits?
The KING's Pass discount is automatically applied to eligible products and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. The discounted price is visible directly on the product pages of eligible items.
The standard limit is five different products per subscription month. Promotions can increase the overall limit to a maximum of ten different products. However, selected product groups may have a separate limit of five uses. After reaching this limit, any remaining uses may still be applied to eligible products from other categories when a higher promotional limit applies.
KING's Drop also counts toward the applicable overall KING's Pass discount limit.
Only one unit of each specific product can be purchased with the discount. The limit is based on the number of different products purchased, not the number of orders or transactions, and resets at the beginning of the next subscription month.
