Abandoned Cabins in the Woods is a 2D Top-Down Survival Horror game based on the story of a paranormal investigator and streamer called Thomas who decided to investigate the haunted Idaho woods for the paranormal evidence upon the request of his fans.
Idaho woods has been a favorite spot for the paranormal enthusiasts for a long time because of the high magnitude of the paranormal activity. There are some abandoned cabins in the woods which are said to be very haunted and it is also said that there are several open portals which act as gateways for the spirits to come and go. During the 1990s, there were several murders taking place inside the cabins and in the secret caves where the bodies of the victims were buried. It was said that a woman was murdered by her boyfriend by drowning her in one of the lakes of the woods. Her spirit can be seen even to this day in the lake and also in the cabins present around the lake.
Many satanic rituals were performed in the cabins, and in the secret caves of the woods which summoned more evil spirits to haunt the location. Some unknown creatures and shadows are often seen lurking in the woods and many paranormal investigators get attacked and scratched during their investigation even now.
Thomas, the streamer and a paranormal investigator, decided to check out the haunted Idaho woods upon the requests received from his fans. You play as Thomas and you have to investigate the entire woods for the proof of the paranormal.
