• Please put the amount you wish to release in the order details.

Alternatively, after a successful payment, our staff will contact you via the specified email in your profile in order to clarify details.

Specification:

1. Fee for the service depends on the total amount of balance released at once:
   1. If released amount is below 20000€, a 0.7% fee is applied;
   2. If released amount is above 20000€, a 0.9% fee is applied;
2. Minimum amount released is 2000€
3. Maximum amount release per day for merchant is 30000€
4. Payout created using the funds will be processed within 4 business days
5. Kinguin reserves the right not to provide the service under specific circumstances.
6. Only one balance release order can be placed per day (per merchant)
