I bought the game on a whim based on the exorbitant amount of positive reviews, and I'm glad I did. The game is full of detail, allowing players to take every little piece of car apart. You are awarded experience points for repairing cars so you can increase your level and obtain new tools, abilities, and better garage facilities. It's like an RPG with cars. It's also a bit of a puzzle game. Customers will give you clues by describing issues they are having with their car, and it is up to you to locate the problem and repair it. I find the gameplay compelling and fun. I can't recommend this game enough!
