The blade of Saeldor is a magical sword that once belonged to Saeldor, an elite elven warrior, that can be created from an enhanced crystal weapon seed. Requiring level 80 Attack to wield, it provides the highest strength and slash bonus out of any weapon for its attack speed, surpassing the abyssal tentacle as the best slash weapon. It is tied for the strongest one-handed melee weapon with the Ghrazi rapier and the Inquisitor's mace, though these weapons are weaker than Osmumten's fang against high-defence monsters.

Players can create the blade of Saeldor via a singing bowl by combining 100 crystal shards and an enhanced crystal weapon seed. Doing so requires level 82 Smithing and Crafting to sing the crystal (the levels can be boosted), and grants 5,000 experience in both skills. Players can configure the charges while the weapon is in their bank by right-clicking on Configure-Charges, as long as players have the required materials. If the player does not meet the Smithing and Crafting requirements, they can have Conwenna or Reese sing the crystal for them for an extra 50 crystal shards, for a total of 150.

On unprotected death in PvP, the inactive blade is dropped, and all shards used to charge it will be lost. In PvM on the other hand, all current charges will be kept upon death.
