The Sanguinesti staff is a powered staff requiring 82 Magic to wield, available as a rare drop from the Theatre of Blood. Named after the Sanguinesti region, the staff was crafted by Lord Lowerniel Drakan himself, and was given to Lady Verzik Vitur as a gift for her assistance in the Misthalin - Morytania War.

The Sanguinesti staff can be combined with a holy ornament kit to make a Saradomin-themed holy Sanguinesti staff. Though its stats do not change, it makes it usable as a Saradomin item in the God Wars Dungeon.

The staff's charge cannot be used against another player in dangerous PvP, only safe minigames.
