My order is on hold?! What the hell man!

First of all - don’t worry! Really! You will receive your game in just a minute.
If your order is on hold, there’s a reason for it. And it can be solved really quickly!

What should I do?

Check your e-mail and SPAM folder (you know, just in case).
You’ve probably received a message from Kinguin Support Team about the issue.

Why do you do it anyway?

It’s simple - we want to keep our customers safe! That’s it! You have no idea how
many people lose their PayPal accounts, credit card numbers etc. There are people who take
advantage of it and try to buy products with stolen accounts!

That’s why if we see a suspicious order (and we have our ways of noticing it) it’s being on hold.

Ok, I guess I understand. But it’s me and I want to start playing my new and shiny Battlefield!

And we want to join the server with you! :)

The most common issues are:

E-mail Verification - simple, your billing e-mail address is different than the one on the payment
gateway. All you need to do is to confirm that both addresses are yours.

Wholesale Orders - It’s ok to buy a lot! Really! But sometimes we want to make sure that
YOU are YOU and not some thief stealing your money as much as possible.

Proxy Usage - Not everyone feels safe while browsing the Internet - we get that.
