The Sims 4 Lovestruck is here: New dates, new dramas, and… 💔 heartbreak!

Love is in the aaaair 🎵 and so is a healthy dose of drama! The Sims 4 just released its latest DLC, Lovestruck, and it’s packed with new features that will make your Sims' hearts beat faster, or stop beating altogether… Here’s everything you need to know about the hottest addition to the game:

Romantic Boundaries and Traits

Introducing Romantic Boundaries, where your Sims can set rules for their relationships (healthy approach, isn’t it?) Do they get jealous if their partner flirts with someone else? Can they forgive if boundaries are crossed? 

The DLC also adds Turn-Ons and Turn-Offs, two new traits (🪲Love Bug and Romantically Reserved), and two new aspirations (🗺️Romantic Explorer and Paragon Partner). 

Cupid’s Corner Dating App

Cupid’s Corner is the new dating app in the game. It has everything you’d expect: awkward selfies, funny profiles, and the chance for romance or chaos. You can only select two traits to showcase on your profile, making it easier to hide those less appealing characteristics, just like in real life!

New WooHoo Spots

Electronic Arts never disappoints when it comes to *WooHoo* spots, and Lovestruck is no exception. Your Sims can now get… frisky in a closet or on a picnic blanket. There’s also a new costume trunk filled with suggestive outfits, from sexy wrestlers to a intriguin, purple eggplant.

The best part? Back-to-Back WooHoo on a vibrating bed, a throwback to The Sims 1. 

Heartbreak Can Be Deadly 🥀

Remember all the drama in the Sims 2 when spotted your partner flirting, or romantic history between Daniel Pleasant and Kaylynn Langerak? Well, the drama is finally back! Now, not only cheating will be ignored, but heartbreak can be actually deadly in The Sims 4.
