Q: Do I have to register to order a product on

KINGUIN: Yes, having a registered account is necessary to buy on Once you are logged in, you can choose any product you wish to purchase and just go through our checkout process.

Q: How do I register?

KINGUIN: In order to register an account on, you have to click the "Sign up" button and enter your email address and password. As an alternative way of signing up, you can use your Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn account.

Q: How do I log in?

KINGUIN: In order to log in, you have to click "Login" and enter the same email address and password you registered an account with. You can also log in with your Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn account.

Q: What should I do if I forgot my password?

KINGUIN: If you forgot the password to your Kinguin account, you can press "Forgot password" and follow the instructions to restore it.

KINGUIN: You must have a registered account to buy on Once you are logged in, you can choose your desired product and follow our checkout process.

Q: How can I contact customer support?

KINGUIN: To contact customer support, please visit our Contact Center. Please avoid creating multiple tickets regarding the same issue as this may cause a delay in our response. Also, please keep in mind that every message resets ticket waiting time, hence submitting more than one is not advised.

Q: How do I know if I have any notifications?

KINGUIN: When you have unread notifications, you will see an indicator next to the notifications icon at the top of the page.

Q: My order has been assigned a status. What does it mean?

KINGUIN: Each status indicates a different state of an order:
Pending Payment - Awaiting your payment, can be canceled in My Orders tab.
Processing - Is paid and about to be completed. This usually takes up to 10 minutes.
Processing:Pre Order - As above, except the order will be completed around the game’s release, as stated on the product page.
On hold - The dispatch has been held. You should find more details in our message - see your tickets in the Customer Support tab.
Complete - Order has been processed, and the item is already delivered (or will be shortly - see product description).
Closed - Order refunded by an administrator.
Canceled - Unpaid order has been canceled. If you were charged, please provide at least the transaction ID but preferably all payment details.
Suspected Fraud - Mostly associated with incorrect BitPay payments. Contacting support highly advised.
Payment Review - Either your eCheck is being cleared (5-7 days) or your payment is being verified by PayPal (up to 72hrs). Our support may clarify that for you.
Banned - Order has been blocked due to safety reasons. Contacting support highly advised.

Q: I haven't yet received my key after purchase. What should I do?

KINGUIN: The first step should be to check your order status following your purchase. If your order status is "Complete", then the key was sent to the email listed in your profile and is also attached in your order details. You can view it at any time again in the future. If your order status is "Processing" then it means it is waiting for administrator approval before it can be completed.

Q: The key I received isn't working. What should I do?

Kinguin: Kinguin: No cause for panic. Please make sure you’re redeeming it exactly as advised in the Activation Details tab from the product page, and make sure that no product restrictions affect the activation - regional restrictions and use limitations are always in bold or red font in the product description. If the key’s still not working, contact us with three screenshots showcasing the key entered, the error message, and your games library.

Q: What is eurBalance and how do I use it?

KINGUIN: eurBalance is a reward that customers receive for every €1 spent on Your gathered balance can be spent at anytime with no limitations and you can choose how much of your balance you want to spend when that time comes. For every €1 spent on, you will be rewarded with €0,01 to your eurBalance. For more information about eurBalance, visit here.

Q: Who sees my credit card information?

KINGUIN: Kinguin doesn't see or store your credit card information. Only the payment services we use can see your credit card information which is necessary for them to process the payment. All pages where you are required to enter your personal or credit card information are secured.

Q: Can I create a list of my favorite games?

KINGUIN: Yes, you can add any specific game offer to your favorites by entering the game's description page. Under the game's price and dedicated "Buy" button, there is a link to "add to favs". Simply click on this link and the game will be added to your list of favorites.

Q: How long until I receive my product code?

KINGUIN: We usually send you the product code within 10 minutes of receiving your payment. If it's taking a bit longer, please contact our customer support team to check if there are any issues with your order.

Q: Where can I download my game?

KINGUIN: Once you receive the product code, you wlil have to activate the game on your Steam, Origin or account which will also allow you to download the game directly from their servers. In the case of Ubisoft and Uplay games we provide official game download links. To start downloading your game, simply go to the game description page and follow the instructions on the "Activation Details" tab. If you have any doubts or questions, please contact our support team and they will be happy to help you.

Q: Why is my order delayed?

KINGUIN: There are many possibilities for a delay in your order, ranging from technical issues related to internet downtime and/or server issues to problems with incorrect or insufficient information being provided to us. Therefore, it is crucial you provide us with your valid name, address, and email so that we can verify your identity and process your order as quickly as possible. 

Q: Are CD keys region locked?

KINGUIN: Most of the products sold on our website are "region free"and support multiple languages. However, we also allow the sale of "region locked" keys. For this reason it is important that you read the product's description carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

KINGUIN: We accept the most popular payment mothods such as PayPal, credit and debit cards, Paysafecard and bank transfers. We also accept methods available locally in specific countries such as BoaCompra, DineroMail and GoPay. We are continually working on expanding our list of accepted payment methods so be sure to double check if we accept your preferred payment method upon checkout.

Q: How do I use eurBalance?

KINGUIN: If you have credit on your eurBalance account then a slider will appear in your cart which will allow you to decide how much of your eurBalance you want to use on your order. You can use eurBalance along with other payment methods to lower the total amount of your order!

Q: Will the game work on my computer?

KINGUIN: Always be sure to check the minimum requirements listed on the game's description page in the "Description" tab. If you have any doubts, please contact our customer support team via live chat or support ticket. For any technical problems such as bugs and/or black screens which are not related to the game key itself, please refer to the FAQ on the game developer's website.

Merchant FAQ


Q: How can I add a product that is not on the list?

KINGUIN: To add a non-existing product to the list, please go to the products library in the "My Offers" tab and press on the underlined "Create a New Product" phrase. After you create a new product, it will be verified by our administration team and added to the database once approved.

Q: My game has more than one key. Can the keys be sent together?

KINGUIN: Yes, of course. To send more than one key together, please add them in one line one after the other without any commas. You can add a small description before each key, however, it's not required.

Q: How much information about the product should I include?

KINGUIN: Please provide us with as many details about the product as possible as any mismatched or missing information will be treated as wrong product information and the buyer will be automatically entitled to a refund. Therefore, we would also like to encourage you to check the product description page of your offer AFTER it has been activated. This will help ensure you can avoid any future issues with customers.

Q: How do I sell my products on

KINGUIN: To sell your products on you first have to become a merchant. To apply for a merchant account, you must navigate to the bottom of the main page and click "Sell on KINGUIN". After you fill out and submit the short personal form we will contact ou about setting up your merchant account.

Q: My products have been sold, however, I haven't received any feedback.

KINGUIN: Each buyer has the possibility to leave feedback about every transaction he/she has made, however, such feedback is not mandatory and is up to the customer's good will. We review all feedback before it's accepted. We also try to resolve all "neutral" and "negative" feedback with the merchant and buyer before it is published.

Q: What is Sales Booster?

KINGUIN: Sales Booster is a tool similar to Google AdWords which will allow you to promote your offers and boost your sales in just a few clicks. By using Sales Booster, you will have the chance to place your offers at the top of the offers list giving them a special Kinguin Recommendation and better exposure, thus, boosting your sales. The top offers from these sections will be further promoted as the main offers on the product pages. Sales Booster will quite literally give you the opportunity to show your offer to more buyers and make it stand out from the rest. For more information, click here.

Q: When can I withdraw my money?

KINGUIN: In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, payment for the sale of a product will be forwarded to your balance after 30 days pass from the date of the transaction. Once the money is available in your balance, you can request a withdrawal in the system. To do that, simply go to "My Balance  "My Payouts" and press the "Create Payout" button located on the right side of the screen.

Q: How and when will I receive my money?

KINGUIN: Payouts are usually done once a week and only in the EURO currency. You can request for your payout to be issued either to your PayPal account or your bank account. Please note that the minimum payout amount for PayPal is €80 and the minimum payout for a bank transfer is €100 . It may take up to five business days for a bank transfer to process.

Q: How will my products be delivered to the buyer?

KINGUIN: Orders are verified and processed 24/7 by our dedicated support team so there is no need for you to worry about sending your products to the buyer. All you need to do is create an offer and add your keys to it. Once we receive payment from the buyer, the game key will automatically be attached to his/her order and sent after successful verification.

Q: When will my customer receive his/her product?

KINGUIN: Products are usually sent within 15 minutes of us receiving payment from the buyer. Due to some risk of fraud, some orders may take even up to a few days to be processed, depending on the cooperation of the customer. This, however, only happens in very rare and extreme circumstances.

Q: Why has my offer been denied?

KINGUIN: Due to regulations regarding the creation of new product offers, we are forced to deny offers that contain less than three keys.

Q: Is it possible to pay for games on with my Kinguin balance?

KINGUIN: Yes, it's possible. All of the money which is available for withdrawal can also be used to purchase new games on
