To celebrate the release of the Charlemagne expansion for Crusader Kings 2, Paradox Books releases this classic epic poem The Song of Roland, in ebook format.
The Song of Roland (La Chanson de Roland in French) is a story of heroism based on the Battle of Roncevaux in 778, in the reign of Charlemagne. Believed to be written in the 11th century, it is one of the oldest surviving major works in French literature.
This translation by Charles Kenneth Moncrieff is in the public domain. It includes a new preface by Jakob Munthe, the brand manager for Crusader Kings II at Paradox Interactive.

A good dlc, especially at the discounted prices. The Crusader Kings dlcs in general give a lot of flavor, to the whole game, but this one adds so much depth to roleplaying the characters in the game, thanks to societies and new character options. One of the best, would recommend.

A good game with a lot of things to do, you are not bored, you make alliance marriages oryou can also form your own state from the lowest rung to the empire level.

Immersive and fun, it's definitely more of a sandbox historical game than anything. So, if you want a game that's strictly historically accurate, Crusader Kings isn't the game for you.

Great game overall. Few bugs here and there but worth the imperial edition, there is a lot of things you can do in the game and I've put almost 1000 hours and I'll probably put a lot more in this.
