Terms and Conditions - ESL One New York 2016 competition

1. These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in Competition Notices (as defined below) are the Competition Rules (“Rules”) and apply to the ESL One New York 2016 competition run by Kinguin.net. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. Additional rules for the Competition are displayed in a notice on the page of the Competition (“Competition Notice”). In the event of discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Competition Notice, the Competition Notice shall prevail.
3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters related to the Competition, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Competition Entries

1. Participants enter the competition after spending $20 on kinguin.net and buying a ticket with a 20% discount - the link for the discount will be provided on kingiun.net website.
2. Contestants may participate as many times as they please. They can however win only once.
3. Kinguin reserves the right to screen entries before they are posted.
4. Kinguin reserves the right to disqualify and remove unsuitable entries.
5. Kinguin reserves the right to use and distribute all uploaded pictures as the company sees fit.
6. Additionally, buyers who spend at least $9,99 on Kinguin will receive a $2 discount code for their next purchase. Promotion is subject to availability.

Prizes

1. Participants can purchase a CS:GO giveaway case. Purchasing the case is synonymous with entering a raffle to win two ESL One New York Premium Tickets.
2. Kinguin reserves the right to pick one winner of the raffle who will receive two tickets.
3. Kinguin reserves the right to pick the winner accordingly to their judgement.
4. Contestants who purchased tickets with the 20% discount will have the opportunity to attend a meeting with G2.Kinguin held at the event, during which they will be able to receive a poster.

Liability

Kinguin cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Kinguin is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Competition.
