Q: What is meant by statuses next to my order?
KINGUIN: Each status means the state of an order placed by customer:
Pending - Awaiting for customer payment

Processing - Order is being processed (assembled). Usually it takes up to 5 minutes.
On hold - Order is on hold in the realization.
Complete - Order is processed

Q: I did not receive my key instantly after purchase. What should i do?
KINGUIN: First of all check your order status after purchase. If your order status is "completed" then the key was sent to your email in your profile and is also attached to your order details. You can view it at any time again in the future. If your order status is "Processing" then it means its waiting for Admin approval to get completed.
Q: My received key is not working. What should i do?
Kinguin: No need to panic. Reasons why your key might not be working can be several. Read again the product description. Make sure you have activated the key as described. If its still not working then contact us via ticket along with a screenshot of the error you are experiencing and with short description.
Q: What is eurBalance and how to use it?
KINGUIN: eurBalance is a reward that customers receive for every €1.00 spent on KINGUIN. Gathered Balance can be spent anytime with no limitations. KINGUIN: To add a non existing product to the list, please go to products library in “My Offers” tab and press on the underlined "Create a New Product" phrase. After you create new product, it will be verified by our administration team and added to the database if approved.

KINGUIN: Yes, of course. To send more than one key together, please add them in one line, one after another, without any comas. You can add a small description before each key, but it is not necessary

KINGUIN: Please provide us with as many details about the product as possible, as any mismatched, or missing information will be treated as wrong product information and the buyer will be automatically entitled to a refund. Q: My Products Had Been Sold, But I Didn't Receive Any Feedbacks?
KINGUIN: Each buyer has got the possibility to leave feedback about every transaction he has made. However feedbacks are not mandatory and it is up to the customers good will to leave one. We filter all the feedbacks before they are being accepted. We also try to resolve all "neutral" and "negative" feedbacks with the merchant and buyer, before we publish them.

Q: When Can I Request a Payout?
KINGUIN: In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, payment for the sale of a product will be forwarded to your Kinguin account balance after 30 days from the date of the transaction. Once money is available in your balance you can request a payout in the system. To do that simply go to My Balance → My Payouts and press the “Create Payout” button located on the right side of the screen.
Q: How and When Will I Receive My Payout?
KINGUIN: Payouts are usually done once a week and only in Euro currency. You can request for your payout to be issued either to your Paypal account, or your bank account.
